    I've been advised to "call again at 8 " since all the appointments were taken. Next day I called at 8:00 (on the minute!). I was waiting for 25 minutes to get an answer, just to hear that there are no appointments and I should try again at 8 the next day or go to A&E or a walk-in centre. This is not a service and is ridiculous. The surgery might be understaffed, but they must as well close it if it's not functioning.

    Every time I have called to make an appointment they never have any. I literally can’t get even an over the phone appointment with a doctor and they say wake up at 8am to call for same day appointments and then you get queued for an hour and a half, so by the time you talk to someone there are no appointments. If you want to waste your time on the phone and never see a doctor then sign up for this practice. If you want real help sign up somewhere else.

We offer a wide selection of Face to Face appointments and Telephone Consultations. You can pre-book up to 2 weeks in advance or book on-the-day by calling at 8am. Alternatively you can use our online system to also book appointments from 8pm the night before. To sign up for this service please visit our website www.highviewsurgery.co.uk We have also implemented online consultations which is for help with a non-urgent medical or admin request and will be read by a member of the team within 2 working days.
