Have been with this practice for a number of years and always found them excellent. However, since the pandemic something has dramatically changed. GPS are never available. Previously same or following day appointments were the normal. Not now. Have just called for an appointment to be told no GP is available for 2 weeks. Appointments seem to be palmed off onto 'nurse practitioners'. Where are the Doctors? This surgery seems to have gone from excellent to marginal, but why? Same Doctors, so what has happened?

I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have always found them all very helpful. On this occasion I saw doctor on time and he listened to problem and arranged for further investigation to be carried out at hospital. Thank you.

Visited my gp, over resistant hypertension. Great appointment changed medication looked to review the situation in a month's time. Try to book a follow up appointment and nothing for two months. Might as well have gone and sat in a&e. Everything that is wrong with the nhs gp service is evident in this practice.

I contacted the surgery by telephone for a non urgent appointment. Reception were extremely helpful and after asking me for the reason for contacting the surgery an appointment was arranged for the following week, face to face which i was extremely surprised to be offerred in current covid climate. The GP was her usual brilliant self, addressing the reason for my visit and also offering a health check and sorting out my prescription. I could not fault the care I received from start to finish. Thank you
