I have always found the staff, esp, reception staff to be friendly, patient and willing to help, the nurses, admin staff and doctors equally the same, perhaps the negative comments your hear about this practice is the way these people approach the individuals

Staff are always extremely helpful and will try to accomodate your requests where possible. I prefer face to face appointments but realise this is not always possible, but clinicians will always phone you back if they deem it necessary, and have always been satisfied with this approach

I try not to bother doctors unless I’m really sick as I haven’t had good experiences in the past and haven’t felt listened to or felt fobbed off. So making an appointment is a big concern for me, however I had cause to make an appointment on Friday last week. Was only on hold for about 15minutes at 8am and got an appointment at 10. I saw a senior nurse and felt I was really listened to and that she understood my concerns. She was absolutely fantastic and a credit to the surgery. I needed a referral and this was ready for lunchtime on the following Monday. Cannot speak highly enough of Sandy Health Centre based on this experience.

Receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure I had a blood test before leaving for my holiday or havingvto drive to Bedford hospital. They were extremely helpful and spent time to search all.possible dates for a appointment slot. A great and model receptionist!

I have had various problems both serious and minor over the years and they have always been dealt with kindly and efficiently. This applies to all the staff from receptionists to doctors.

I’d like to give a cheer for Sandy Health Centre. My family and I have been patients with this practice ever since we moved to Sandy 40 years ago. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful and professional, always endeavouring to solve any query or issue that might arise, especially more recently when dealing with a family member’s query. From the receptionists and office staff right through to the medical team , they are always supportive, kind and positive. Thank you all at Sandy Health Centre for all your support, care and dedication.

Have seen dr and paramedic and nurse recently and all have been helpful friendly and efficient. Receptionists are very good and booked me in both at normal and out of hours times for phone appts and booked me in for in person appts when necessary. well done

I had a great experience today with the staff sorting out a problem with my script. It was sorted efficiently and I now have my meds. The staff are always cheerful and helpful.

As always this surgery from the receptionists/office staff/nurses and gp's have given me and all my family excellent care. They continue to offer all services like appointments/referrals etc efficiency and with care and understanding of certain needs. The whole team should be very proud of the continued high standards they offer to this tow.
