I needed to have a blood test and am extremely needle phobic. The surgery arranged for me to have my blood test done at the surgery. The two nurses who saw to me were brilliant, patient and kind from start to finish. They listened to me and made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout. I would recommend this doctors surgery to anyone.

Called Monday morning had to wait a while on the phones but got an appointment that morning sent for tests that day - fast and efficient- everyone was polite and help from reception to the gp that I saw - thank you

I went to get an injection today and honestly the nurse was absolutely incredible. The nurse was asking me thorough questions and also informed me of information I had not been aware of. The nurse made me feel at ease and built a rapport with me. I would definitely recommend that nurse to anyone.

You can't book an appointment online and when you phone up they haven't got any either. Heaven knows how you're supposed to see a doctor at this surgery.

Had a medical issue needed addressing popped into the elstow surgery , was welcomed and got appt prompt. Upon return for was again addressed professionally. Though the care/attention and professionalism provided by the GP was outstanding. For that I say Thankyou.
