    If by some miracle you are able to get to see a Dr they are good. The problem is that the reception and admin team make it extremely hard to see or speak to a Dr. I can understand they want to save the Dr's time and some people should visit other services like pharmacies etc for some things but this surgery behaves as if visiting the GP is the last resort for anything at all. Agree with previous review that the phone line regularly cuts while waiting in the queue. Overall

    I called in to get booked in for appointments, this practise has the habit of cutting up phone calls, they just randomly hangup a phone call. Keeping in mind that the patient has been in the waiting list and has waited and for them to just cut the call, its time wasting to call this GP. Would recommend going to another GP and hoping they aint the same as this one.

    To call these people lazy would be an understatement. I went today to the surgery at 8:00 am and joined the queue before the practice was open for business. I was behind about 10 people. When they opened the practice I waited until my turn came to speak to the receptionist just so she could tell me "Sorry there are no available appointments for today. Bye." I looked at my watch and saw that the time was about 8:30 am. Basically it is impossible to get an appointment at this practice. You cannot get an appointment for the next day. To get an appointment for the same day you need to go there at 6:00 am and wait two hours outside the practice, and even then you are not guaranteed an appointment. I have been going to this practice for about 10 years and always came across as exceptionally lazy and work shy. But this now is a new low.
