Not impressed by nurse coughing repeatedly and not wearing a mask, in a small consulting room without much airflow. Glad I had my mask but very much hoping I didn't catch something. We all need to take care not to spread flu, covid or anything else - and it's not fair to patients or in line with medical ethics to put them at added risk. I can't afford time off with a nasty cold or flu, let alone covid.

Harrold is the best surgery I have ever been with. All the doctors are great but just want to take time out to mention the receptionist amd admin staff. They really are so lovely. They go out of their way to help you, they are always so polite when you ring. Also the new nurse that does the bloods is absolutely amazing! The reception manager is the best she really is a credit to the surgery! Absolutely lovely practice!!

I have asthma stomach ulcer depression my meds are not being delivered to my home I'm going without meds I cant get taxi to anxious I don't have a car so I can't get to gp
