    I came in for a blood test and saw a lovely nurse who treated with compassion and listened to my concerns. It was my most painless blood test I have ever had and I've had hundred of them! Great staff!

    Well done ladies on reception, very helpful,friendly and professional. I had a problem with my medication review, this was all sorted within 24hours. Happy days Thank you

    I had an urgent need to speak with a doctor today, I was number 13 in the call list and before I knew it I was at number one. The receptionists must have to work so hard to deal with this volume of calls it's amazing. Yet once they answered they were as happy and helpful as if it was thier first call of the day. The doctor called me and back and sorted a prescription for me. I went to collect it but it wasn't ready as I hadn't given it long enough. The receptionists sorted this for me and called me back with a code if needed to take to the chemist. I just wanted to say thank you to the receptionists for sorting everything and the doctor for my prescription. Great service, friendly service and so helpful well done. Many thanks Stuart.

    Comments are mostly made through negative experiences and dissatisfaction, so I thought it nice to say my treatment at this surgery was outstanding and could not be bettered! I have always been able to see a doctor on the day of phoning and have been treated respectfully and with compassion.

    Phoned late afternoon , tel. Process advised I was first in queue….it was 20 minutes later …that I got through, why did it take so long? Receptiounist said their was telephone line fault and should be fixed next week!!! I asked to make an appointment, receptionist was polite and advised me would have to ring back between 8-9am in morning as no appointments made to see Doctor at any other time. Or ring 111 if emergency. I asked if came into surgery could I make an appointment - no - telephone only. What has happened to this surgery ?? Why is this practice being allowed, by the NHS to treat patients in this way - you only have an hour each day to secure an appointment to see a doctor- ??And that’s if you can get through on the phone, at all! It is a disgraceful way to run a surgery, and the office Manager should be ashamed of the surgeries service processes, let alone the doctors that work at th practice, especially when no appointments can be made apart from one hour a day, - If the telephone line is working, …and if, of course, you are lucky and get through. Outrageous!

    I was told to call at 8 am in the morning to book an appointment. That is what I did. Kept calling and getting the same auto message that the line was closed and I need to call again later. After 10min repetitive trying the line opened and I was told that I was number 20 in a que. I spent another 40 minutes in a que, was told that I was number 1, and suddenly got disconnected without any further explanation. How is that possible?

    Great that I have the NHS app, because the clinician who called me coded the wrong entries for me. Apparently I have a child. Careless and has a huge impact on my patient record, and still not corrected.

    It seems this surgery is getting worse than it was. Now the receptionist rings you to tell you your personal blood test results and advise what diet we should be on. Can't get an appointment with a Dr and you call to speak to health professional at 8am after being in queue for an hour, they call you back at 6pm.
