Had a doctor appointment but when called in it was with a paramedic and not a doctor.----------------

  2. Review titled Wonderful staff and GP's

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Everyone has gone the extra mile to help my elderly father with his ailments. The Doctors are amazing and are always eager to listen and help. Rest of the staff are brilliant and most know Dad well by know and address him by his first name which makes him feel valued as a patient and not just a number. Thank you all so much for all you do. You are miles ahead of the rest.

  3. Review titled Impossible to get appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

Impossible to get an appointment, they only allow you to call then 8am, everybody calls 8am, the line gets busy so you wait for over 40min and when the phone doesn't disconnect suddenly, if they answer they say that you have to call 8am again because you are already late! Horrible appointment booking logistics

  4. Review titled Lovely staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had to attend the surgery for my sons one year vaccinations. Upon arrival I had to answer a few questions, one being if my son is still being breastfed, he is. The nurse attending to us gave the most wonderful reaction and praised me for continuing to breastfeed as I wish. It really boosted my spirits and I feel the nurse deserves som recognition for being so lovely.

  5. Review titled Too many patients?

Rated 1 star out of 5

The practice does try to meet the need of all the patients but it is clearly under too much pressure. You can call at 8.00 for an appointment and wait an hour to talk to someone who will then say they have none left for the day. This can happen repeatedly for days. This is not just due to covid pressure either it has been like this for years it is just getting worse. They seem unable to keep a steady staff load of Doctors so you never know who you will see as new names come and go. They are very helpful and good though - it is just hard to get to see one.
