Phone calls are often answered after 40 min so to order prescription one must use either nhs app or an email. App works 50% of times so there is one option left - email. Without any communication the surgery is changing the quantity of my prescription. If you are changing something what a patient is getting for years - communicate it. It would be nice to have an explanation/ communication as oppose to finding out from your online pharmacy when you already paid for your order.

Brilliant surgery. Very efficient. Drs really kind, approachable and genuinely care. I am so grateful to Wessex Road surgery. Highly recommend

The shore practices make an impossible mission to book an appointment apart from the fact that when calling you have to wait 30 minutes to be told Shore medical changed their systems so not appointments are available. Then waiting for a call of a Dr

I have always found all the staff, receptionists, doctors and nurses all very helpful. They have never failed me in any emergency or in times of need. Thank you all for your hard work

Asked for the 5 year NHS health check told by Shore medical the NHS doesn't provide routine health checks despite the fact its publicised by the NHS and on the Shore Medical Website. However then said I could have a check with the Nurse if wanted then 5 minutes later received this email response "I have spoken to the Director of Shore Medical and been informed that Health Checks were cancelled in COVID. They will be starting up again soon but are by invitation only. You will be contacted by text or email." and then told I couldn't have an appointment. No one could answer when "sometime soon"would be nor give any indication of when I would be invited. So it looks like Shore medical are not really interested in proactive patients trying to manage their health with the use of preventative interventions. very disappointed as I seem to be with any interactions with this organisation

I have been having regular face to face appointments with my GP who has made dealing with a very upsetting time bearable. Also excellent support from other services. Definitely gone above and beyond to help.

Called 3 times to get appointment filled only form out that said dealt with in a day a week later still laying in pain hardly able to walk and still no call back no contact nothing will be changing doctors useless service
