Phoned on Friday 15th December, got an appointment at East Bergholt the following morning. Phoned the practice Monday morning for an X-ray appointment, got referral to Sudbury medical Centre and had an X-ray the same afternoon. What could be better!

I moved my father to this practice a year ago and i can’t praise enough the care he has had. The doctors have taken time to listen and have been amazing with him. When he was unwell in November every check possible was done to get to the bottom of his problem. I would like to thank the amazing doctors, the very helpful staff and very kind and patient nursing staff. I would highly recommend this practice.

Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Hadleigh Health Centre. I don’t use your services very often, but when I have everyone I come into contact with, receptionists, nurses, care assistants and GP’s have been outstanding, pleasant and very helpful. They give an excellent service 10/10

Good gp tel review. Swift face to face appt with caring GP assessment and ECG and bloods with practice nurse . Referral for scan and contact from them within 48hrs Gp text for further F2F appt in April Thankyou all you know who you are . Swift efficient and caring

I cannot praise this practice highly enough! The staff are all excellent, from the reception staff, the admin team through to the clinical staff - nothing is too much trouble. I have multiple issues & the care has been consistently outstanding, even throughout the pandemic. To say 'thank you' seems inadequate - I am so lucky to live in Hadleigh & have this practice as my local health centre!

I should like to pass on my thanks to the GP who saw me and for their speedy action in referring me to the Chest Clinic. I had a scan the following week and was seen by a Consultant. The investigation into the problem is being dealt with in a very timely manner. One can only wish for a GP who listens, deliberates and acts and my GP certainly did that. I always find all the staff at the practice to be courteous under sometimes difficlut circumstances. Thank you.
