Just to say thank you. Having attended for a physiotherapy appointment I must say that the therapist was lovely, very kind and understanding. I went away with very comprehensive instructions and confidence in the future.

I would like the thank reception for clarifying the prescription procedure due to the issues myself and my husband have had with Boots Lawson Road Surgery. I have changed pharmacies today and hope our prescriptions will be ready on time from now on.

20 days ago I got an appointment for today to have my annual health review. Yesterday I was contacted to move my appointment. From the afternoon it was moved to the morning. This morning they call me to move the appointment further to another day. I told them that any day in the afternoon would be fine (for work reasons I can't have other free mornings). Nothing to do, they can't give me any appointments for the afternoon, appointment cancelled. I am pretty disappointed about that, I lost a day of work unnecessarily and I will not be able to have my annual health review.

Great help today from a lady on reception (apologies I didn't get a name) with an issue regarding online medication ordering on behalf of my daughter who is disabled and is the patient. As the desk receptionist was busy with another patient, a lady came out from behind reception to assist me rather than have me wait too long. I was having an on-line prescription ordering issue and I get quite anxious about things relating to my child particularly as my help is now remote since she moved, so may have come off a bit crabby (Apologies if I did). The lady could not have been more helpful, patiently explaining things a number of times. The problem was soon resolved with the added help of the Boots pharmacy. My contacts with the practice at Lawson Rd since my daughter has moved could not have been more positive. I feel I wanted to give credit to the reception team generally but especially today. Thank you.

I very recently (finally!) changed doctor surgeries after 35yrs , and thankfully Im now at Lawson Rd. They are so good ! My old doctors were rubbish and i gave them plenty of chances after being with them for 35yrs !! Never even really seen the same doctor! Annoyingly, I accepted this as ‘normal service’ as a busy NHS but i was very wrong!! My new doctor’s surgery is at ‘Lawson Rd surgery’ and they are excellent!!!!, ! Truly amazing care, and a very helpful interest in my health issues! Plus i even just received a phone call ag 8,00pm with a action plan ref bloods etc . I did tell my Doctor to go home as it was late and she shouldnt be working that late! Once again brilliant care Team Lawson Road surgery!! Thank you (PS unfortunately the date of this review may not be the same time the Dr phoned me at home! The review didn’t post first time as i used a emoji , so ive now reposted this review)

I have rang this morning to say I can't take my appointment as I'm on holiday, he couldn't offer me anything else and said I have to keep ringing up , it had taken me 35 minutes to speak to him , I work full-time and away from home so it not easy to ring , but his attitude on phone wasn't great towards me,

When calling up after waiting two weeks for a call back after sending in a e consultation. I decided to call them up in which the receptionist was very rude, she then states well the surgery is open every day.
