    A specialist service wrote a letter that was sent electronically, the next day (before midday) I had a call to say that the GP had reviewed the letter, issued the prescription, and updated my repeat prescription record. A lot of people complain about their surgeries, and I just wanted to say that I don't think I've had a bad experience with Coltishall, and I'm really appreciative of how supportive they have been.

    Have been with this practice for 5 years. Never had any problems. Took my daughter about 18 months ago last minute and was told always to ring if you have concerns about a child as they always leave emergency appointments. Twice now in the last few months (once today) I have rang in the afternoon and been told no they can't help not even telephone advice about a baby. First incidence he was 6 months and this time 10 months with dehydration. Told to go and sit and wait in the walk in centre which could be for hours and sometimes they will tell you to go to a&e. Very disappointed and now looking to move surgeries.

    Never had a problem and on the whole very happy with my practice but I called for a GP to see my 14-week-old baby with a temperature who was unable to keep anything down to be told to go to the walk-in Centre. Not asking for priority treatment but a baby's condition will change dramatically and quickly. Had to sit 3 hours in the Walk in Centre who were brilliant by the way. Priorities need assessing.

    Called at 5.15pm, practice closes at 6pm. First told I was 6th in queue, continued countdown to 1st in queue at 5.45. Still in queue until 5.55pm when the phone lines just rung out. Hung up eventually at 6.05pm knowing my call would not be answered. Why do this? 45 mins before closing and still no-one to answer my call

    Last three times I have called it is hard to get through. Then you may get in a queue,not always ,depending on how many in the queue. Next still is a long wait for the receptionist to answer!

    Never any appointments or emergency appointments as the receptionists give all the appointments away by phone by 8.15meaning people who actually need help can never get it. Surgery is so badly run

    Emailed to reorder prescription then next day got a snotty email back from the dispensary manager. So called surgery at 10am to talk to doctor after seven and a half hours 17:30 he calls to say he can put it through but wouldn’t be able to pick up until next day.
