i went to pick up my repeat prescription today arfter a 20 minute wait i recived my medication when i checked all the items was there the was 1 missing i then queried this and was told they new nothing about it.I have had this item for the last 2 years. now last month they did not have it and i understand the is a shortage of this item but shorley they should be offering a alternative but today nothing if i had not checked i would have walked out with nothing. last month i was told to ring round other pharmacys to see if they had any. But should this not be my own pharmacy job . I forgot to mention my doctors surgery and pharmacy are all one as we live in a rural location.

I have been a patient for many years at the surgery and in general has always been really good and helpful. Recently I had a visit that I felt deserved a great review, as all tests were carried out, an exam, and the Doctor I saw really listened and helped me make sure they had understood my problem correctly. So kind and professional. I find everyone there from reception to doctors/nurses all so helpful.

On the couple of occasions I have needed to contact the surgery for an appointment it has been a straightforward experience and all staff from reception through to GPs and nurses have been friendly, very helpful and thorough.

My son recently had to have an ultra sound scan which was arranged in extremely quick time. The scan was carried out at 8 pm on a Monday evening and I was telephoned the next morning at 8.55 with the result. I can't praise all the staff involved highly enough.

We are truly blessed to have this surgery - the doctors are absolutely brilliant but all staff (reception, dispensary, AHPs, phlebs, domestics) go above and beyond to help their patients.

All of the medical trade staff are amazing but the receptionist are most unhelpful I’ve experienced this 4timea with practice and never name given when on phone like say they should.

Telephoned to inquire about making a Covid booster appointment as the NHS website was only offering locations too far away. Firstly, the phone was answered straight away. Secondly, the person answering was very helpful and gave me an appointment, moving my husband's appointment to the same time so that we could go together. Perfect result. I am very grateful.

I was told to attend the surgery asap to see the GP. Immediately my concerns and pain were listened to and arrangements were made to contact my daughter for immediate transport to the hospital. I would like to thank the team unreservedly for their professionalism and swift action.

I phoned the surgery as I had chronic back pain. I was informed there was no availability for either a face, to face appointment or a telephone call from a clinician. Advise to go to a pharmacy or walk in centre in Norwich - 25 miles away. I was unable to do either due to being in pain. I asked for an appointment on Monday after the weekend and was informed it would be the same situation then as shortage of Dr's. Left me feeling very distressed and to be honest very frightened as no help available.

I’m a full time cater for my partner and as such, have to remember everything. Today the practice pharmacy team went well beyond their role by sorting out my forgotten medication (my fault) and making sure I was clear about dose changes. This means so much!
