    Went in for a physio appointment but they then sent me to the on call GP who had a great bedside manner and really put me at ease

    Since we moved to the area last October, we have both had the occasion to use your services and I would like to say ‘Thank you’ and ‘Well Done’ to the whole team. I have not had to wait too long for any of my appointments. When I send an email enquiry, you respond very quickly. When I call, I speak to someone who is always able to help me. The nursing staff are superb and very patient (especially when I have no visible veins to get blood out of!). The nurse practitioner is very thorough and my waiting times for hospital appointments have been quicker than I have expected. I am also so happy that you have a specialist Menopause doctor and my last two consultations with her have been really informative, supportive and sympathetic. I realise that much of the country’s GP surgeries are really struggling and unable to support their local community as much as they would like to. I am very grateful that you are not one of them. On behalf of myself and my husband I would like to say ‘Well Done’ again to you all.

    From completing a footfall form asking for help. To receiving a telephone appt that day with a GP. To then have a face-to-face same day appt the next day with a GP. I have been extremely impressed with Brundall. Every staff member I have interacted with has been a pleasure to speak to. The efficiency of answering the phones (other surgeries can be a 20-30 minute wait minimum), the fantastic face-to-face with a GP who was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been left feeling extremely lucky to have Brundall as my practice. Well done to all, you should be very proud of the work you do!

    I'm really impressed with Brundall Medical Partnership. Sure, the telephone queues when getting an appointment at 8.30am can be a little long but the team do a great job fitting you in for a same day appointment if you need it. Nurse and Doctor team are excellent - very quick resolution to acute issues. Physical practice is clean and well laid out. The team very quickly review/approve repeat medication requests and are always friendly to deal with. Lucky to have on my doorstep!

    I visited to get some more help with a recurring issue and the Doctor I saw was dismissive and rude. They didn't even examine the problem and prescribed me the same treatment as last time despite me saying it did not work. At the end of maybe 3 minutes at most they just turned to the computer and said no more. Appalling treatment

    I’m told, I should see a doctor, so I call to make an appointment, after holding on through a long queue, the automated voice tells me I’m next, the phone switches from the dreary music to a ringing tone, this continues for just over 11 minutes, then the phone is cut off. I try again, and it eventually gets to the ringing tone, but nobody answers. So I drive to the medical centre and ask to make an appointment, only to be told there are none available and they’re not allowed to book more then 2 days in advance, she advised me to call in 2 days time. Is it me?😡
