After filling in the contact form and saying that I did not consider my problem serious there was a very quick contact from the Surgery who were obviously more switched on than me. I was invited for a face to face with my GP who also did not like what he was seeing and in short order was being tested at the surgery, N&N and Cromer. The follow up reassuring telephone call was also very much appreciated. Fantastic work from all the team across the board. Huge thank you to all concerned in this age of huge pressure for all the NHS

I would like to thank the nurse most sincerely when she carried out a blood test this morning. It was over so quickly , didn’t even feel the needle . Plus she was extremely kind helping me to put on my jacket & checking I was okay.
