    Called on the Tuesday to say my son had been vomiting and dizzy since he woke up.He also had really low blood pressure and pulse called them to ask for emergency appointment because I didn't want to use the a&e if I didn't need to was told no appointments I explained it was an emergency and was told there were no appointments until Thursday or I could call 111 which I did and am still waiting for them to call back.worst surgery I have ever experienced since I moved here now I cannot wait to leave myself and family are always well and this is my first experience with doctors in years such a truly awful service.

    Dear Mrs Gilbert It is appropriate that you ring NHS 111 for Medical Emergencies but we cannot comment on why you didn't receive a call back from that service provider. You were offered a routine appointment on the Thursday, which was within 48 hours of you calling on the Tuesday prior, so we would consider this appointment to be within an acceptable timeframe.     It's a ridiculous process, so now I'm left here waiting for 2pm so I can ring again, hold for an hour or so, be told I've missed the opportunity to get an appointment, then tomorrow I can repeat this whole depressing procedure. They constantly interrupt the hold music to tell you they are too busy, well I'm busy too I'm not spending 2 hours a day on the phone trying to see a doctor because I'm bored.

    I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone, in fact I am going to change my gp as this one is ridiculous. Rang at 2am, I was told the doctor would ring me back which didn’t happened so I had to go to A&E as it’s the weekend. Awful service and rude doctors and staff.

    Awful service, I was diagnosed with tonsillitis and advised I needed antibiotics but the doctor never signed them so I couldn’t get them over the weekend which left me in pain all weekend and I had to take an extra day off work thanks to that. I will not be returning to this practice as it’s not the first time I had Problems with them, definitely I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone .
