My elderly mother rang me in tears as was in pain called doctors they said to ring back the next day, booked day off work and rang at 8.30am as instructed still on phone at 9.30a.m phone just rings and rings no queue system. Absolutely disgusting. Most unhelpful surgery. May get the staff training on compassion and how to answer a phone.

I personally cannot thank enough the kind reception staff who have gone above and beyond in helping me register my elderly Mother and who also helped me get a vital appointment with the Doctor and also urgent medication required. The front of house staff have gone way above and beyond for me and my mother, as has the seen Doctor, who was amazing also. Great practice! Great Staff ! I feel very confident in the health care this practice can provide for me and also my Mother. Thank You.
