I very recently registered with this practice and the reception staff were very kind and pleasant. They were super efficient, processed my registration within an hour of me leaving and I was able to book an appointment the next morning. The GP was also very lovely. Overall a very pleasant experience and I just wanted to acknowledge how lovely the reception staff were.

My referal was not sent 3 months after being completed, I was not given any clear information why, repeatedly given the same information which didn't answer my concern, told I would be contacted and was not. Given vague information and little communication with the actual Dr .

When it's possible, the clinicians call the patient and they run really thorough questions. On a couple of occasions, they didn't have enough information with just a call and they give me appointments. Also, very thorough exams being really considerate and kind at the same time. Really recommended.
