   Whys it take the reception over 16mins average time on phone to get to your spot in queue currently 30mins. They all need the boot and replaced with genuine workers

   Booked an appointment to get some blood tests that needed doing quickly, go to my appointment and they have booked the following week after telling me on the phone it was that day, bloody joke. Waste of time
