Unfortunately, the practice has 1 doctor available, who is never available, horrible receptionists which don't know how to speak with patients and it is very often closed after 1pm. I have asked several times for documents which I needed and have been always told that I have to wait forever again due to only 1 doctor working there at this time. The receptionists are really rude with attitude and stopping me and ny husband from having a contact with the doctor. They often say that they will transfer requested information to the doctor but they are not always doing that. I missed several times opportunities to be covered by my insurance for procedures and surgeries due to lack of everything in this place. It is not enough that me and my husband are alwasy going private but they act like I am asking them for something amazingly difficult. Proper disgrace!

I went for help with a mental health issue. The kindness and sensitivity I received from the doctor and reception staff was brilliant. The care they gave was discreet and took into account how nervous I was feeling. I can't say too many thank-yous to the staff at this practice; they really do an excellent job!

All the staff at manor park very helpful and understanding including reception personel they all did marvellous including doctors and lady inreferals i was treated with dignity.

My daughter who is 4 years old was unwell. After 45 minutes on hold I finally got through to which they advised me the next appointment they had was the following week. I can not understand why this practice takes on so many patients and won’t prioritise a child or prioritise reducing the patients they have to improve their service! It’s disgraceful!!! In this day and age the care we receive is horrific, it’s like going back in time. We ended up having to go to a&e and waited for 7 hours. The whole point of the gp practice I thought was to avoid people going to emergency wards etc. horrific practice
