Was sent a text message for an annual review appointment. Can’t get one as “all the appointments have gone!” Even for the next few weeks. What on earth is going on in this practice? I already take my own blood pressure and blood tests at my local hospital so as not to take time up at the GPS. My six monthly review was due on 23/9/23 and no call in whatsoever. Help!!!

Had a terrible cough. Seen by nurse for something unrelated and referred me straight away to GP. Swiftly seen and sorted. My old practice in Hertfordshire never even saw me. Feel very lucky to belong to the surgery, have no problems getting an appointment either. Cannot fault them.

Popped into the surgery to pick up a registration form for my father-in-law who will shortly be moving to Sawtry. What a lovely attitude the receptionist had, smiling and friendly. If this is indicative of the service my father-in-law can expect, I think he’ll be well looked after. Keep it up, Wellside Surgery!

I have been using this surgery for over twenty-four years. The staff and doctors have always been attentive and courteous. The added bonus is that you can always get an appointment on the day you contact them. This is not the case with most doctor`s surgeries in these times. Many thanks. Keep up the good work.

So a couple of times now I have tried to call up wellside surgery and it takes forever to get through to them and when you do the receptionist just says we are full (at 8:30am- how??!) they don’t ask what’s wrong with you and just say call back tomorrow!! Both times this has happened I have had to call 111 and they have ended up getting me an appointment. Then today after 111 got me an appointment and I spoke to a doctor, the doctor asked me to drop in a urine sample to be told by the receptionist we are on our lunch and get her you a sample pot and to come back later! Well I can’t come back later as I have three children (two with additional needs) and already dragged them out of the house. And they could get me a pot!!! Total disgusting by the receptionist again!!!
