    The whole team at Staploe are superb. Totally professional and understanding if concerns, always make sure you understand the treatment and expected outcome. The AskMyGP system is excellent and makes the process of getting seen or having a question answered so simple.

    My experience of all staff at Staploe, over many years, is that they provide a friendly, respectful, timely and clinically very competent service. Currently, with such high levels of demand for all their services I have still found they strive to deliver the best service in a polite and honest manner. Whether my need is minor, or very major I have had confidence in their ability and commitment to promote and treat my health. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

    The Staploe medical centre is well run and the staff are helpful and efficient. In fact having worked in the the recent past for many years as a district nurse, attached to twenty four different GP surgeries at different times, I have found the Staploe practice to be consistently well run and patient friendly. The phone line is answered quickly and pleasantly and all levels of staff are polite and helpful.
