    Good Doctors, very hard to get a face to face appointment. Online booking referral service is terrible, you can very rarely make on-line bookings with it. A certain receptionist leaves a lot to be desired, she never gives her name when taking calls, she often ignores patients when they are at the reception desk, wjle she continues with her 'important non-practice conversation' with colleagues. I'm amazed she is totally lacking in the art of good customer experience, especially as she is dealing with sick sometimes, elderly & vulnerable patients! On the other hand the practice assistant manager is brilliant. She goes above and beyond for vulnerable patients! She is a gem & an asset to the practice!

    phoned a number of times before i got an answer asked to make an appointment with a doctor only for the receptoinist to take it appon herself not telling me, she booked me to see a nurse if i ask to see a doctor i exspect to see one and not have a receptionist think i dont need one who do they think they are.

    There is one receptionist in particular who has an extremely bad attitude, she never gives her name on answering the phone. (You know the good receptionists they're the ones who are unafraid to give their names) If this particular receptionist did her job properly she would not be afraid to give her name out. This person seems to forget she is dealing with people who are sick & anxious. She has no customer care skills whatsoever, and does not deserve to be employed in her job. I'm sure the surgery manager must have had many complaints about her poor attitude. Either give her some customer care training, or remove her from her post and givethe post to someone who is caring & competent.

    Called straight away at 830. It cut out twice as too many people queuing. Got through on third attempt. Spoke tp receptionist at 836am and all appointments gone for the day. Pointless
