    I rang to book a GP appt … no rush, was prepared to wait a few week as my health query needed a GP advice. No appointment til Januar, which I said was ok. Except there were no details to book into. So the option was to ring on the morning to get first available, which is alright if you don’t actually Work!

    I rang at 9 45am this morning not expecting any response, got through to the receptionist straight away, she asked the problem and said nurse would ring back later this afternoon, Doctor phoned me at lunchtime and sent me a prescription to pharmacy in Mablethorpe where I was on holiday, I couldn't fault the service at all, I didn't know what to expect as I don't use the doctors very often as luckily I'm quite well ,thankyou all concerned for the exerlant service, hope this means things have now improved

    Phoned 3 times this morning started off at number 19 ,got down to number 2 only to be cut off each time, how do you get though to speak to someone, not happy with the service at all

    Their lunch break is from 12.30 - 2, so don't bother picking up any prescriptions or paperwork in your lunch hour. The wait for phone appointments seems to be really long. Over a month for vaccine appointments and the midwife cannot confirm when her surgeries will run. Lovely people dreadful service.

    Thank you, for taking the time to write to review our, practice. I was very sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the experience you have received from the practice. Our practice remains open and does not close for lunch, our doors are open from 8.30 until 6.30pm with full reception services. Our service is extremely busy demand on all appointments are extremely high, we do have available telephone consultation appointments available on the day. We currently have influenza and Covid vaccines available, I am unsure from your comments which vaccines you require. The midwifery service from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals runs weekly clinics at our surgery, every Tuesday. Thank you, Ecclesfield Group Practice Team

    Do not go with this practice. One hour on hold to try and see a doctor. Two weeks wait to get an appointment. All disabled parking spots full of none disabled cars. The receptionist thinking there a doctor and shooting out my problems, thought it was patient confidentiality laws. Thirty minutes wait past appointments time to see doctor. Doctor would only listen to one health problem as only got ten minutes appointments time. Try to book another appointment with receptionist again shooting out for every one to hear whats wrong with me in waiting area. Another two weeks to see doctor again. I give up it would be easier doing master mind. No care, no care, don’t carr

    Cannot reorder any of my medication. I had a review but the same day when I went to re-order my medication I was told I could not have it as I needed a re-view. On going into my doctors to try and sort things out the receptionist at the top of her voice told every one in the waiting area my confirmation medical problems. On saying forget it and walking out it was me that talked to the receptionist wrong. I have now been told I can have the medication I need but still cannot order it on line. I give in. I’m dealing with the death of a parent and everything that needs doing and my caring doctors don’t care. Nothing new there.
