This practice has never let me or my family down even during covid. The new partnership is as good as the last. Always accommodating and reception team simply amazing and very professional. Would very highly recommend. Very appreciative of the NHS especially my GP practice as in my opinion go above and beyond!! Well done team effort all round great care. Thank you for your efforts.

I have attended this practice for over 30 years and I must say that, particularly during the last few months, I have been so impressed with the sympathetic and approachable attitude of the reception staff. They are pleasant and helpful and and it has helped the process of getting an appointment with a doctor. I have spoken positively about this surgery to friends who are struggling to see a doctor at other practices. Thank you to all at Far Lane for your continuing hard work.

Called for an telephone appointment (Tuesday) and the very helpful receptionist was able to arrange this for me. The GP called promptly and was able to send me on my merry way and point me in the direction. Thank you, your help and care is greatly appreciated!
