Great surgery And very good Staff never had a problem and can get appointments when you need appointment staff are really helpful

Spoke to the receptionist as I needed a prescription for when I go away on holiday. I didn’t realise it was 12.20 and past the time you can ring as I was busy doing other things. When I asked the receptionist spoke to me so rudely and said if I’d have read my text messages you could only get prescriptions between 11-12. To my horror I apologised and she said… well just don’t do it again. I just think this wasn’t called for as it was a very genuine mistake. Really disappointed.
