Usually when I phone up I am met with politeness and friendly receptionists ,not today, I asked for a medicine review and was told they don't do that medication anymore you can buy it ,goodbye I asked her to listen to me as to why that medicine was on prescription and got it will be on your notes goodbye as I attempt to explain. Not the usual friendly politeness I usually receive from all.the rest of the staff and doctors there.. Rude and impatient and unwilling to listen

I saw doctor straight away. He was excellent. He had time to Listen and discuss my problem. He was thorough, and put my mind at rest. The receptionist was nice and helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience.

  3. Review titled Great GP

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I saw the main doctor yesterday . I thought since Gp’s seem to always be getting a bad reputation I should just say thank you for being such an understanding, informative, sympathetic and advising Doctor. I went into surgery nervous and feeling anxious but was out at ease with the information and advice given along with reassurances I cannot thank the Dr enough.

  4. Review titled Rawmarsh Health Centre

Rated 2 stars out of 5

The GP's are great but the receptionists are always rude and condescending. One of them told my daughter that she can't get her prescriptions from her GP after being discharged from the hospital- she was advised to 'Go back to where you got it from in the first place' meaning that she won't have her anti seizure medication in time for when this prescription runs out. It is also difficult to get simple appointments as the receptionists seem to think they can diagnose your ailments and tell you whether the GP will see you or not. The phone was ringing for 5 and a half minutes before anyone answered this morning and the receptionist was very dismissive and rude.

All Staff and doctors are helpful and professional. Reception staff do a great job even though they have to put up with abuse from some patients.
