  1. Review titled Professional, caring practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Deborah - Posted on 21 March 2024

GP demonstrated professional attitude whilst being kind and genuinely caring. I was listened to and wasn’t rushed. The plan agreed upon was the outcome I wished for. Office staff were very helpful and patient.

Dear patient I am sorry to hear about your recent experience. I have had some annual leave recently but I would be more than willing to talk to you about what has happened. If you could call the surgery any day after 12pm when the phone lines are quieter I will be happy to talk to you and look into what you have mentioned in your review. Kind regards Stuart

  3. Review titled Great doctors, shame about some of the receptionists

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Jess - Posted on 04 January 2024

I cannot fault the doctors and nurses here, they are amazing and take the time to listen I do not feel rushed at all they will help you and make you feel at ease. For the receptionists well, sometimes I can speak to a really nice person and the next time can have a person coming across very rude and condescending this has happened quite a few times I have rang up, I suggest maybe the manager of the practice needs to look into some sort of customer service training for the receptionists as this is not really acceptable, especially if your distressed about a certain thing your ringing up for.

  4. Review titled Massive thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by George Trafford - Posted on 21 September 2023

This practice seems to have a lot off negativity with people that can't get what they want straight away .that's not reality . People need to start seeing there gp for things that aquire there elp . Not silly that's, like a wickalow , a child with not feeling well with a cough they got this morning . Just 2 things I heard waiting for my blood appointment. Plus a few other things . Not only with people not turning up for there appointment either. Thank you so muchfor all you do you deserve far more praise than you get . Never heard so much rudeness I could never put up with what the receptionist put up with ... again Thank You For all you do

  5. Review titled Fantastic Dr's when you can get to see them

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 27 July 2023

Two months on intense pain, 100s of calls every day to be told 'sorry there's no Appointments'. Eventually having to go a physiotherapist for diagnosis and pain relief. Calling 111 about a potentially Septic wound. 111 saying we booked you a telephone appointment between these two times, surgery denied it complete but said I could go to a different surgery......in three days time. When you can see a Dr they are fantastic but you never get to see one so the surgery is not fit for purpose.

  8. Review titled Recommendation

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Gail Crook - Posted on 05 May 2022

Hi. I couldn't leave feedback in the surgery because the staff had no feedback slips to give me so I was told to provide feedback on line. I would like to recommend when the surgery contacts a person and leaves a message asking the person to contact the surgery that they are given a direct line number or an option is provided on the automated answering system. We were contacted and asked to ring back but we were in a queue of 7 people for 30mins and didn't get through because your telephone cuts out. We therefore had to make a trip to the surgery, which means unnecessary contact with staff and patients. Please can you set up another option number to ring if you are calling back to avoid long waits on the Tel and to avoid visiting the surgery. Thanks
