   You cannot get hold of anyone by phone to ask for test results or help or to make an appointment. You phone and are no x in the queue and you can get to the front and it will ring for 30 minutes and more before cutting off and you have to start again. Leaves vulnerable elderly patients with no help or ability to get in touch. Tried calling 5 times last week and 4 so far this week. Different times of day and no difference. They just do not answer the phone.
