   Cannot order online even though they were usually sent through automatically and can't get through to the surgery yet they tell you not to attend the surgery unless requested to. What am I supposed to do?

   We are sorry to hear of the problems you are experiencing when trying to order your prescription. We have just moved clinical systems which unfortunately has caused some disruption especially with the on-line services.
