   Takes far too long to get through on the phone I find waiting on hold for 58 unacceptable and that was second in the queue! What's happening to all the doctors as we haven't seen ours since covid struck! Don't like getting lied to either regarding blood test results, 3 phone calls on 3 consecutive days and still not being read by the doctor which is disgusting. This surgery needs a massive shake up.

   For two consecutive days I’ve been promised a call back and not received one. They are lying and saying they’ve tried to call when I’ve had my phone by my side. Although I show signs of infection I’ve now been told I’ll have to see the out of hours because they now don’t have time to see me. Shocking service.
