Receptionists suggesting other solutions such as physio in regards to my pain. I wanted to see a gp they ask questions when I don’t want to discuss with them my issues. Then informed me I can see a gp who I have had issues with or a physician who’s not yet a gp or can wait over a week I would like to know why they ask so many questions to then tell me who I should see first I understand the NHS is struggling but if I want to see a gp to discuss my issues I don’t want to have to battle with a receptionist to get an appointment I’m entitled too

Appointment on time and was attended by a GP. Surgery was clean and the staff approachable. The Doctor was polite and the situation was discussed.

Unfortunately I have tried on numerous occasions to get my diabetes medication sorted but it is now a month since I requested a new cassette for my test machine and I still haven't received anything this is really stressful and they don't seem to care....I am 92
