Everytime when you try to book an appoitmend receptionist said they will.phone you back its never happened , they never contact pensions with results or any information . Very bad practice and recepcionist are rude .

I was told to ring the surgery at 8am in order to book an appointment with a doctor. I had to ring - redial about 20 times and about 5 minutes before I got through. I was expecting this because of the high demand for appointments. I told the receptionist what I needed to see a doctor for and she was helpful and obviously suited to the job she made me a phone appointment for the same day. Later that day she called and said the doctor had decided that he should see me face to face in order to do an examination and be able to give a diagnosis. I went to the surgery at the same time as I should have had the telephone call and had only a few minutes to wait before the doctor came and called me in. Top Man. Very thorough very reassuring and candid. This was the first time that I had been to this surgery since I had registered with this practice after my previous GP had retired. I hope that I will get the same service should I need to go again.
