After a considerable period of ill health, I have had to make numerous visits to the Surgery. On each and every visit, I have been well received by Surgery Doctors and their staff. What has been both helpful and reassuring has been the time that has been given to me to explain my condition and the subsequent medication prescribed to resolve my several issues. Perhaps the most important thing is that this has always been carried out in a most timely manner. I am very happy to recommend Jrb Healthcare to any pitential patients.

Dr's surgery requested I supplied a recent blood pressure reading as it had been high in the past, rather than waiting for me to go and a potential problem may have escalated. This identified action was required and a care plan put in place with immediate effect with a follow up plan for the next 14 days to review.

I was seen on time by a nurse who was very thorough and knowledgeable. I could clearly see she had a lot of experience and is an asset to the practice.

Excellent practice all staff and GPs are most helpful, very good at involving their patients, excellent open evening very well delivered. My GP is the most caring and helpful GP.

There have been multiple situations where the doctors have not referred back to my medical notes. Firstly, when I was pregnant, I had to tell my GP surgery three times before this was successfully logged and had to remind doctors of this otherwise they’d of prescribed me medication that I couldn’t have. Secondly, I have requested prescriptions via the email service- one request was for my daughters new medicated formula, the doctor prescribed her the old formula because they didn’t check. Also, I have requested other medications to which the doctors are not reading accurately- I requested 10 of something and only revieved 1. I am not impressed as doctors are not taking their time in reading and referring back to our notes and this needs to be improved.
