The customer service is amazing here. So friendly and polite. They go above and beyond. The receptionist was truly lovely this morning. (Brunette long hair) she absolutely went above for us. The Dr was friendly, helpful and also was direct which I liked. Been at this practice a couple years and I have to say it’s the best.

We have had the best service from this practice. Doctors really helpful, never waited long for an appointment, great service with phone consultation. Face to face professional and understanding. From reception, nurses, physio all first class. Highly recommend.

Love this surgery. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful; I've never had a problem getting an appointment. All the GPs I've seen, who are working under such extreme pressure, have always been caring and understanding. I saw a GP today, who was lovely. My concerns were listened to, I didn't feel rushed, and I was treated with wonderful care and compassion. Thank you all so much.

Dealt with my daughters request for an appointment promptly on the last working day before Christmas - treated with care and compassion even given the pressures they are facing at this time of year! Fantastic reception staff and understanding gp - thank you Chilwell meadows

Receptionists and doctors alike are wonderful at this practice, best I have ever used. They are all very kind and caring and the doctors actually listen to what you are saying and try to get to the bottom of health issues rather than just prescribe medication. There is never a rush to get you in and out, you are treated with respect and given the time you need.

I have been in this area for eighteen months. Unfortunately I have had four separate heath issues in that time, some of which have needed to be referred to specialists. Bearing in mind I arrived in the middle of the Covid Pandemic, the practice has dealt with my issues, promptly, pragmatically and in a particularly supportive manner, whether by text, phone call or face to face in what must have been an extremely challenging time. Thank you!
