    Waited 5 wks for my Appointment only for the Drs Surgery to cancel it 2 days beforehand and tell me they can't give me a revised date. Totally unacceptable !!!

    For the 4th time now I've tried to make an appointment but can't get one unless it's an emergency. I don't need an emergency appointment, I can wait but there is no way to book future appointments unless you are lucky enough to get in the queue at 8am in the morning. This practice is wasting vast amount of time and money by not using a simple booking system.

    Dear Claire Thank you for your comments, I am very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the service you received. The healthcare system is under a significant strain at the moment and we are having to allocate our appointment availability slightly differently right now to accommodate for this. We do hope to be able to return to increased routine capacity as winter pressures ease.     Can never get a bookable appointment so conditions get worse and end up an emergency instead. Even getting an emergency appointment is like pulling teeth. Told to ring back at certain times when appointments open which is OK for doleys but not for people who work.

    Had a med review where a blood test was ordered, tried to rearrange the appointment and the receptionist refused to book as she couldn't see the note. I've told them 3 times about my issues I'm having that are concerning me and nothing has been done. Mentioned again Monday and told to discuss it with the nurse. I turned up for an appointment this morning that was booked physically at reception only to find out they'd booked it for the wrong month so yet again my issues are left. Don't come to this surgery if you expect organisation and compassion

    I have had a lower back problem for about a year now and have had some significant and at times extreme pain for which I continue to take medication. I would like to express my thanks to all of the GP's, Clinicians, Physiotherapists plus Admin staff for their interest, concern and kindness. A face to face consultation has not always been needed and telephone consultations have been an advantage to myself as the patient and I am sure the clinicians and public facing staff who still have to protect themselves re Covid etc. Thank you.

  6. Review titled unhelpful reception staff

    Tried to see a doctor to discuss my current medication that is not working and i was refused an appointment with a doctor. I had to go into detail about my medical problem with two reception staff and felt really uncomfortable doing so - both not medically trained and again refused an appointment.
