Fantastic staff and doctors, any queries are immediately answered and resolved. No problems with getting an appointment when needed urgently. Item on my prescription could not be obtained from my usually chemist, quick message to Pleasley Surgery and it was answered quickly and advised what to do, prescription was immediately sent to another chemist, who had item in stock

Receptionists consistently helpful, friendly and kind. All other qualified professionals are thorough, and very thoughtful. As an example GP called me to offer a telephone appointment instead of having to attend the surgery during a yellow weather warning and flooding.

Honestly the best doctors surgery I’ve ever been with. doctors are patient, kind and go beyond to help you. Reception/admin staff are always so polite and have helped me multiple times whether it’s a prescription order or doctors appointment, they always manage to get my prescription done the same day or next, and as for doctor’s appointment they have always managed to see me. Also had my first smear test here which I was extremely nervous about but the nurse was so kind. Thank you all for your superb service.
