    I called as a mistake had on an urgent referral meaning it couldn't be accepted by specialists services. The receptionist was very helpful, she ensured the correct referral had been sent and phoned to make sure the hospital had received it. She quickly called me back to update me on what was happening. She worked very hard to reassure me about the progress of my referral at a worrying time and I was grateful for the care and empathy she showed.

    Went to gp two weeks ago with shortness of breath was very well looked after but still short of breath used nhs app today to let them know still short of breath their response was call 111 was it because I had to stay at surgery waiting for an ambulance is that why I was told to call 111

    I really have no words…. What do you need to do to be given an actual appointment? You get told to call at 8am, if you do you get cut off because the lines are too busy. You get told to log on to their website to book an appointment. After I pointed out that there are only physio appointments available on there, I get told to log on at 6am. This doesn’t work either, as I said, only physio appointments are shown. I require an appointment after having a clear X-ray result but continuing with a cough that I’ve had for a few years now. The doctor told me to go and see them if my X-ray was clear. I explained this to the receptionist and still I have no appointment offered. The fact that you cannot book an appointment in advance is an absolute joke! You would expect the 8am calls to be urgent, for people who have woken up ill but no, they want me to try an already clogged up line to book a routine appointment??? No common sense at this practice.

    Arrived at 7.30 to get an appointment got one for 9.15 rather than go home and come back I went outside for 10 mins came back in and waited there was 1 in front of me she went in came out at 10 past 9 half an hour later I'm still waiting so returned to reception only to be told that because I went out I should have booked back in so the doctor could be informed no one said I had to book back in I think it's very poor system I had an appointment and was there in plenty of time but it's now 10 oclock Nd I'm still waiting

    I have tried consistently to see a GP but have been unsuccessful. I also found the receptionist hostile when I asked how may GPs were there to actually see people. I am concerned that people are not being seen and it seems screened out by admin/reception staff.
