    I had to go to the Doctors and was seen by a Nurse practitioner ( not 100% name of job title) From being greeted by her and the numerous phone calls she has made to check that everything is being done and kept on the right track, has mean lot to me, it’s just reassuring that I feel someone is concerned and making sure everything is done for me and my health problem, sometimes the NHS does feel disjointed and you can feel lost in it as a person I actually feel very well cared for.

    Great service, filled out the form first thing this morning, got a call back and appointment booked by 11am. Fantastic service

    Seen today by by a member of staff who was extremely kind and helpful. Whilst I need further follow up tests to determine my problem, I feel she did everything she could to help including calling me back as promised.

    I’m very fortunate that I rarely need to see a GP. As the system has changed since I last booked an appointment I was unsure about the procedure. Having gone onto the website I was quickly able to follow the process. I was text with an offer of an appointment quickly and was able to choose a time convenient to me. On arrival for my appointment I was seen straight away by a locum Doctor who listened and appeared to be very thorough in his assessment. The receptionists were very approachable and helpful too. Thank you

    Feel I’ve been let down as had my surgery aboard so not entitled to after care that is life long ie vitamin's. Supplements blood tests had poor blunt communications via admin part online triage to be given tablet form medication (which I pay for) when it should be injected form due to not 100% absorption of tablets this as been a constant back and form triage route as not to take vital appointments when it could of been deal with via this route and all that can be offered as a family member had the same surgery that the day as me and is receiving all the care and treatment needed I feel I have no other option for the sake of my health to find an alternative surgery who will in hopes feel the need to have that duty of care towards me.

    Had problem with my hip for long time managed to get appointment through newgate St app receptionist excellent in dealing with problems with app and got appointment 3 hours later. Doctor outstanding and so polite and understanding dealt with it professionally thank you.

    My partner had an appointment 2nd Feb @2 was checked in , then sat while 3 people went before him. When asked why the receptionist then went on to say his appointment is 6th @11.50 . Which was totally wrong to what we'd been told. While this was happening my partner was falling asleep due to bloods being high and not well at all. Also he has MS. After insisting I wasn't let him home without seeing someone he saw a gp. We left home at 1.45 and arrived back home at 3.50 2 hours absolutely ridiculous. Have no faith in the NHS at the moment .

    Two very poorly little boys. Filled out the ridiculous online form. No option to put two patients, so I explained in the form it was for both my sons. An appointment gets booked for mid afternoon, but only for one son, because I should have filled out another form for the second son. I rang the practice and fifty minutes of being on hold later, I was told I should have filled out the second form which meant a different timed appointment for each son. Then they offer me an appointment at the hospital for the second son because it's just not possible for the GP to see both together. So I'm expected to drag these two poorly boys out at two separate times. In the end, the GP appointment was cancelled, and both are going to see a doctor at the hospital. Newgate - your system and client care, is appalling.

    The triage system is too rigid. While attending the practice I wanted to make a doctor appointment. I was informed that I had to fill in a triage form, but to do it online tomorrow as today was all allocated. Went online at 10 (can't go online before) the following day and triage was suspended as was full. My concern is that the elderly and disabled might be unable to fill in the online form (if its available) and the call back system can easily fail as I missed the call back and had to start the process again.

    Disgusting service, after being offered an appointment on the day I visited, all I was offered was an appointment at the hospital or use a drop in centre.The receptionists manager spent 15 minutes discussing me with a doctor while I was sat waiting on the other side of the wall and then told me there were no available appointments. Your system is broke and does not work. I have never been subjected to so many lame excuses for reasons not to be able to see a doctor. After leaving my ticking box session with the manager I walked round the whole building and counted the number of people waiting to see either a doctor or nurse. The total waiting was fourteen , I would be interested to know the ratio at that time of doctors to patients
