   My initial service received was great and some tests were conducted. These tests were completed two weeks ago and due to the referral being made by a stand in Doctor, who is no longer present. My test results still haven't been reviewed despite several calls to follow up the results. I keep getting to call back in the afternoon or tomorrow as the test needs to be downloaded and still hasn't. This has taken place three times now and feel some what disappointed.
