Ordered repeat prescription. Went to collect it 5 days later, could not be found by pharmacy and one medication ( the main one I needed not in stock). Now I have to travel another 13 Mile round trip for them to get sorted and for me to try and collect again! Very poor service.

I am new to the practice and had to contact them three times in the last year and everyone has been extremely helpful and ensured that I have resolved my health issues. Many Thanks

We have always been impressed on how well the practice is run. Working under extreme pressure all the staff are kind, caring and cheerful, playing a huge part in keeping us all going. We all face challenges but the staff have met those head on and have come through the most awful time with flying colours. We are so grateful to Caistor Health Centre for all the care you have provided us over the years. With our warmest regards from two very appreciative patients.
