   First I want to mention how lovely the nursing staff are. Their duty nurse in particular is lovely. But everything else has been awful since I joined. Sensitive issues by doctors have been scoffed at, their new online system fails at notifying you, so they just close your enquiry before you’ve had chance to even respond. Frustrating and infuriating when you’re unwell or vulnerable.
