This surgery is the worst I have ever had..and I’m in my 70s. To get-through on the telephone is so frustrating if I could it would be quicker to walk there but the surgery is to faraway…I wish this surgery had competition I.e another surgery in the area..perhaps then they would pull there socks up..😩😩😩😩

Went in this morning and was met with a lovely greeting from the receptionist on duty. Very helpful, courteous and personable. I did see a huge amount of prescriptions that she needed to process aswell as dealing with a lengthy line of patients. Perhaps someone (part time) to process the repeat prescriptions would eliviate the pressure. Just a thought..... Apart from this, excellent service. Thank you. Nick How
