GPs are not interested in patients. They expect people to sort out their own problems. Phone apoitment was only 4 min and give no recomendation for your health.

Dear Patient, I am sorry that you don't feel that your appointment was helpful and that you didn't receive appropriate recommendations for your health. I know if has been a while since you posted this review, and I am sorry I haven't responded sooner, but I hope that you have been happier with the care you have received on further visits to the practice, if you have needed to make any. Since joining the practice in March 2021 I have found that the receptionists are extremely helpful and polite. I also find that the GP's are patient, thorough and don't hesitate in referring where appropriate.
