The secretary was so so helpful I'm really grateful what she has done for myself she sorted my problems straight away and rang me back the same day

I am reposting this review because my last dated 22 February 2024, came out with only one star for some reason? When it should’ve been five! Having had an emergency stay in hospital I needed GP support on discharge. The entire surgery team from reception, medical secretaries and Dr’s have been utterly fantastic, arranging medical certificates for work, helping with chasing and interpreting test results. Providing vital support as I waited for results and after I received them, I can’t thank them enough for the outstanding care my family and I have received as patients over the years, particularly lately. We highly recommend this surgery and send our heartfelt thanks to the team who go above and beyond to make sure they put their patients first

Over the past 12 months I have had numerous interactions with the surgery mostly starting with a request through ask my gp. Each time I have contacted the surgery via this method I have received a response on the same day by the named doctor. I remain under the surgery for on going medical support. Again I have found this support/advise to fantastic. Thank you for everything so far!!

I contacted the surgery by telephone first thing in the morning, saw a GP at lunchtime. He took photographs of the problem and sent them off to be checked and by 5.30 pm I had the results. I am very grateful and reassured by the prompt attention I received.

I was at my surgery twice in a week.Both the Dr and the practice nurse I saw were kind,caring and put me right at ease.I can't thank them enough as we r truly blessed to have such an excellent practice so easy to walk to.

As the parent of a child with a long standing illness that’s fairly new and challenging to treat, it’s been a tough couple of years. We changed to St Peter’s Hill Surgery last autumn on a professional recommendation because the previous surgery were not making progress and it was negatively impacting my child’s physical and mental health. By contrast St Peter’s Hill staff have held multiple face to face appointments, made referrals, completed tests and done everything possible to get her through a challenging time. They are knowledgeable, caring and most of all, prepared to listen to what she has to say, the Doctors who have treated her could not be more attentive and supportive. Through their thinking outside the box approach to treatment we have seen such positive results and although we have a long way to go, as a parent I can’t thank them enough. Fantastic surgery, highly recommended

Had the "pleasure" of having to contact the surgery for a health issue. Internet on my phone was not working, so I used the good old phone number only to be questioned why I didn't use the AskMyGp in a very rude manner. After trying to explain (which I shouldn't have to in first place- be a bit mindful, not everyone will have money to pay Internet bill this winter , just because I'm young it doesn't mean I'm tech savvy either), anyway I was told that I would be receiving a phone call. However what I got was a text message that in order to reply to, I had to go on to browser. Yes, baffles me too. Luckily by that time I was at work and could connect to WiFi there. Is this in order to lower the patient demand?
