I am constantly impressed with how forward thinking this surgery is & how helpful all the staff are. I am always dealt with appropriately, according to how urgent my problem is - Communication is polite & professional (I deal with lots of surgeries with my work & this team is at the top of my list!!) - Thank you all for looking after me & my family so well for the last 16+ years :-)

I had an infection whilst on holiday at our caravan. Called into the surgery about 10-15 am and filled a short form in to be a temporary patient and was told a doctor would give me a call. The doctor called at 10-35, very understanding of my problem and organised antibiotics, which I could pick up at the surgery. I had a text to pick them up 10 mins later and the receptionist had them ready at the window when I arrived. So all in all, the whole process took 45 minutes. Fantastic service all round and I was extremely grateful, thank you.
