    I just wanted to say that my experience with AskMyGP since it was implemented has been excellent. Every single time over the years I have used it the surgery has dealt with me promptly, whether it be a question or appointment. I think it is a fabulous tool and my experience with it has shown that if I need a face to face appointment it is actioned and if it is just a query, advice situation it has been dealt with over the phone or by message. These types of situations that are dealt with over the phone or in a message in the past would have seen me taking up an appointment that could possibly have been more useful for somebody else! I always know however that the surgery will give me a face to face appointment if they deem it necessary. I went for a face to face appointment this week after using AskMyGP, the appointment was made the very same day, perfect. Finally, I also had to deal with reception on another matter while I was there and again I was dealt with promptly and efficiently and could not fault the lady who helped me. Excellent and thank you for offering this service and please do not ever take it away!

    What a shocking system, my wife needs an extension to her self certification as she has an issue that prevents her attending work, If you don’t log on at 7am and manage to beat the queue the system displays a message indicating it has reached capacity. We opted to phone the surgery who wouldn’t assist us, they just referred us to ask my GP. What an absolutely shocking service that isn’t fit for purpose. As for the receptionist, its become the norm for them to become unhelpful and rude.

    I have an acute infection. I contacted the surgery via AskMyGP this morning at seven o'clock. I saw a doctor at nine thirty-five and collected antibiotics from their dispensary before ten am. Faultless service - thankyou.

    Recently got diagnosed with an illness after being unwell for some months and I cannot praise the staff at Millview highly enough. Diagnosis and treatment was very quick, questions are always answered and often backed up by another phone call or email. Staff have very much made me feel that they care about me and nothing is too much trouble for them. I'm so pleased I am with this practice. Thank you to everyone who works there!

    Staff are generally very good but with appointments stated as now only via MyGP unless an emergency, it is entirely possible (I've just done it) to try for an appointment via MyGP without success (all slot filled, no more capacity) for over 2 months or more. They also state to contact the Practice Manager if any complaints but give no way to do so, other than an indicator that reception staff (which you are encouraged not to attend unless absolutely needed) have more written info...not brilliant overall.
