We had our 8 week check up for me and my baby and her first set of immunisations - the appointments were in quick succession on the day, perfectly on time and really professionally delivered. We were really well cared for

My doctor was brilliant as was receptionist in getting me an appointment. As ever major issue was getting through . Anima was down and not accepting issues,3 phone calls took nearly 4 hours

I got an appointment next day through NHS website. Consultation thorough and helpful. Appropriate treatment given. GP was frustrated at not being able to give me my prescription there and then,it has to go to be verified, which is I guess why prescriptions are taking so long to fulfill.

All clinician's prescribe using the electronic prescription process, which means that the prescription is generated and signed by the clinician and then this is sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy, or to your chosen dispensary for village patients. Approx 50 mins for call to be answered. But worth the wait. Extremely helpful lady listened to my concerns and I was given an appointment with a doctor the same day.

A little wait for my appointment, however it was not necessary to see a doctor straight away away so not an issue. Extremely prompt follow up with the next stage of care. Well done.

I needed to make an appointment and got one on the day. Easy to book. Went to St Mary’s. A little bit of a wait but was seen and issue was dealt with.
