The staff are horrible, rude, they impersonate medical professionals and give wrong information whilst refusing to give you an appointment! Management are no better. They deem it perfectly acceptable behaviour! Absolutely disgusting! What a joke of a surgery!

Trying to get an appointment for last 4 days. Unable to get a doctor appointment and convoluted process to get prescription. It's time wasting. Kind of services you expect in a third world countries.

Receptionist are very rude when booking appointments they talk very rudely and seem to go into ur medical reports, when you need appointments they make it as if they are doing u a favour by giving u a appointment We don’t go visit the doctor for fun we go coz we have a problem and they should understand that. The appointment system is really bad call 8am wait 2 hours to be told all appointments are gone call tomorrow. They should book appointments for the next day They should have online booking system and availability for patients who need appointments The doctors and Nurses are really friendly

A new phone system has been installed with call in options, which gives the opportunity to stream line your call more efficiently.We do have online bookable appointments available. If you wish to discuss the system and your concerns, please contact the Practice Manager.
