After being with this practice since birth, I recently had an operation only to get an infection, I called west end to book an appointment and I was told they have removed me from the register because I stay in Corstophine which I have stay there since birth and never had any problems, my parents and two brothers have been there aswell, in pain and asked if they would see me but told find somewhere else, I never even knew I was removed, I think this is disgusting behaviour for a practice to turn away a patient in pain who has been with them since I was a baby , 35 years later and removed with no real explanation, yes the doctors have been the best over the years but this is disgusting behaviour, now I’ll have to sit in an overworked nhs hospital for hours , these practices should be trying to take the pressure of hospitals not pushing more on

I've been with this surgery for over 11 years now and they have been the best one I've had in many other years. I find the receptionists work very hard to find a solution and fit you in ASAP and the GPS are brilliant, caring doctors who make sure I'm cared for The nurses are great too. This is my honest opinion. Thank you to all the hard working staff and doctors.

Since this was consumed into Westcotes, the place is shocking, rude an unhelpful call handlers, almost impossible to get an appointment, and when you do rude and curt GPs
